TRACKING AN ORDER

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked. If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the “Orders” section. If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section, available here.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK OR DOES NOT EXIST. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If the tracking number does not work or is non-existent, please do not be alarmed as the process of transferring information from the courier to our systems can take up to a maximum of 24 hours to complete. During this time, information regarding your order may be incomplete or the tracking number may be indicated as “non-existent”. For this reason, we encourage that you check again after 24 hours have elapsed since you received your email with the tracking information. The information will be updated directly by the courier.

HOW LONG DOES A PACKAGE TAKE TO BE SHIPPED AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and usually within 2 working days. The estimated delivery times are only a guide. We accept no responsibility for any delays due to customs clearance procedures at the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

DO YOU DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR USE FREIGHT FORWARDERS?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office mailbox addresses or addresses where hold mail requests have been made. We do not ship via freight forwarders.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SHOPPED AT THE ONLINE STORE. WHERE CAN I SHIP TO?

For your security, orders made by new users can only be sent to the billing address of the credit card holder or to a company that we can independently verify. To prevent delays in processing your order, please make sure that your billing address matches the address your credit card is registered to, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please make sure that you also enter your details correctly, so we can contact you if so required.

HOW CAN I SEND A GIFT?

An order can be shipped as a gift. To use the gift option, add the products you wish to give as a gift to your shopping bag. Then proceed to the checkout and fill in the ORDER NOTES field. You could write GIFT and adding a personal message which can be attached to your gift too.

 

SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES AND INSURANCE

Starting Jan1st, 2021 the United Kingdom is no longer within the European Union. Following the “free trade agreement” signed between the European Union and the United Kingdom, it will still be possible to purchase without any additional tax charge within the two markets.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We offer free shipping on all orders We try to ship all orders within 2 working days. Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes in regard to the shipping date. We'd like to inform you that during sales, shipments may be delayed by up to 2-3 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND FEES?

VAT is applied locally to all destinations in the European Union, United Kingdom and the USA. All shipments are made as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where all the applicable import and customs fees are included in the final product price. All import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the sender's country aren't borne by the recipient. The shipping costs are already included in the final order total.

IS MY DELIVERY INSURED?

All products are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once the products have been delivered to the specified shipping address, they are no longer insured. If the package arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery or write a note when signing that specifies that you are accepting a damaged package.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?

We require proof of delivery for every order. This means that we cannot authorize for parcels to be delivered without a signature.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE PARCEL IS DELIVERED?

We cannot authorize for parcels to be delivered without a signature. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a new attempt will be made the following day. If necessary, a third attempt will be made the day after. If the parcel is not delivered on the third attempt, the package will be diverted to our warehouse.

CAN I SCHEDULE THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?

It is not possible to schedule a delivery time or make appointments with the courier. Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday during office hours. The courier does not deliver the day before or on a public holiday.
